Our weekend

Just a quick post, no pictures, sorry! We had a wonderful and busy weekend this past weekend. We had some new friends over for dinner Friday night. The husband is actually an old friend of one of my old friends from Gillette, small world! Anyway, they have two little boys the same age as Alexa and Dylan. The kids had a wonderful time playing together and us adults had plenty to talk about! It was so much fun getting to know some new people! We can't wait to get together with them again.

Saturday night we were supposed to go to dinner with some other new people. A lady that Greg works with invited us to go out for dinner with her and her husband. However, one of their children ended up getting sick so they had to cancel. Since we still had a babysitter coming we still went out. We went to dinner at Outback and then went to a movie. It was SO fun getting out for a MUCH needed date! We had a wonderful time and our babysitter, Maddie did a wonderful job with the kids! She is a teen from our church who we love dearly and who loves our children. We felt very good knowing that she was watching them.

Sunday night we had a soup dinner at our church as a fundraiser for the youth group. They had homemade chili (to die for!) and homemade chicken noodle (also VERY yummy). It was a very fun get together. Our church is so good about doing so many fun things throughout the year.

Greg started classes again Tuesday night. It sure was nice for him to have a break from school for about a month, but makes it hard when he goes back. But we are so proud of him for doing it! Hopefully next year at this time he will be done!!
